E-Commerce Manager

As the Country E-commerce Manager for Finland, you are responsible for the sales and operational work for the e-commerce site, mustijamirri.fi. You drive and execute operational and administrative work within e-commerce, from website analysis and optimization to managing content and product information, sales analysis, and online merchandising. Additionally, you maintain close collaboration with local marketing and campaign departments and coordinate with warehouse, and other online teams within the organization. You will operate within the group online team while directly reporting to the Nordic E-commerce Manager.

– Overall responsible for digital merchandising, campaign coordination, search engine optimization (SEO), copywriting, product administration and analysis and reporting.
– Accountability for e-commerce sales and the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement within the country.
– Identify and drive improvement proposals for the customer journey and increase sales.
– Coordinate online communication with marketing plans, activities, and events.
– Analyze and follow up on goals against KPIs.
– Create, optimize, and evaluate campaign and landing pages.
– Collaborate closely with the other E-commerce Managers within the organization of Musti.

Qualifications and functional competences

– 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce/digital sales
– Relevant digital education
– Proficiency in systems: CMS and E-commerce platforms.
– Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, Excel, Google Trends is considered advantageous.
– Bonus points if you have worked with SEO.
– Fluent both in spoken and written Finnish and English, and preferably Swedish.

Location & Start

The position is located at our office in Helsinki, Finland and you will primarily work from the office. The start date is negotiable.
