Kamux is a retail chain specialized in used cars and related integrated services that has grown rapidly. Our operating model is a seamless combination of digital commerce and an extensive showroom network: we want to provide an excellent customer experience regardless of time or place. Founded in Hämeenlinna, Finland, in 2003, Kamux operates in Finland, Sweden and Germany. At the end of 2023, the company had in total 78 showrooms. Since its founding, Kamux has sold more than 500,000 used cars.

Kamux is now looking for a content manager and copywriter. In this role you will have a significant role on Kamux growth journey. You will lead Kamux tone of voice adoption across multiple touch points and channels, ensuring a consistent user experience both online and offline. Your responsibilities also include creating compelling copy and devising content strategies for customer acquisition and brand awareness. You will be part of the global and Finland’s marketing teams and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure a unified brand voice.

Your responsibilities include:

– Working closely with Kamux internal teams, belonging to our global and Finnish marketing teams & community
– Maintaining and evolving Kamux’s brand voice and messaging guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels and customer touch points.
– Developing full funnel content plan that aligns with business goals and target audiences.
– Creating appealing and engaging content to our Social Media channels and develop our organic visibility.
– Writing compelling content for website, paid advertising, social media, and in-store communication to optimize both UX and UI. Crafting engaging copy from impactful headlines to persuasive CTAs and engaging landing pages
– Optimizing written content for search engines to improve online visibility and organic traffic to our website.
– Ownership of the content creation process and content management.
– Analyzing and contributing to Kamux’s audience behavior and staying informed about industry trends and best practices to create relevant and timely content.

You are a great fit if you have:

– Relevant education or equivalent qualifications – in content management
– Proven track record in setting and executing content strategies in customer-centric digital environments.
– Experience in SEO work for multiple sites and markets.
– Data-driven mindset and the analytical ability to improve content and SEO using performance data.
– Strong creativity for content development and good project management skills.
– Understanding of SEO and PPC concepts, performance marketing and the trends in the area.
– Experience in working with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google ads suite).
– Knowledgeable about AI-generated content.
– Can switch between planning and detail-focused execution and validation in a fast-moving environment.
– Native-level proficiency in both written and spoken Finnish and fluent in English, both in speech and writing.

We think it’s great if you also have:

– Proficiency in Swedish and/or German.
– Previous experience of a growing organization in an expanding phase.
– Interest and understanding of the car industry including customer behavior and needs, and the competitive landscape.
