Digital Marketing Manager
Aibidia is looking for a data-driven and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to bring our digital presence to the next level. You will be an integral part of Aibidia’s Marketing team that works as part of the wider Revenue team including Sales and Customer Success. You can either join Aibidia’s HQ in Helsinki, Finland or new office in London, UK.
Key Responsibilities
– Digital strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, having ownership of the digital pipeline creation goals.
– Marketing automation: Development and hands-on management of marketing automation platform to execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, workflows, and lead nurturing processes. – Continuously A/B testing for improved performance.
– Website: Manage and optimize website performance, ensuring optimal user experience, and implementing strategies to increase conversions.
– SEO: Evolving SEO strategy, optimizing content, and ensuring all pages are optimized for organic search.
– Paid campaigns: Creating, managing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns on social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and search engines as well as identifying new acquisition opportunities across the digital landscape.
– Analytics: Building reporting dashboards and measuring the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns. Actively extracting insights and taking them into action.
– Tech stack: Managing relationships with 3rd party marketing technology vendors
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
– Minimum of 3+ years B2B digital marketing experience, having a strong understanding of lead generation procedures and customer lifecycle, ideally in a SaaS business.
– Experience in paid campaign management: LinkedIn and Google Ads
– Marketing automation, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement
– Website management, preferably Webflow
– SEO tools
– Google Analytics
– Thriving in an international, early-stage company environment
– Curious, always looking for ways to iterate and innovate to drive performance – drive for metrics and delivery
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
