Digital Content Manager
As a Digital Content Manager you play a key role in shaping Korkia’s brand and tone of voice. You will craft compelling content, drive social media engagement (with a focus on LinkedIn) and manage digital marketing campaigns to strengthen Korkia’s presence internationally. In this role, you will be working in close co-operation with Korkia’s teams in Finland, the UK, and Chile. You will be based in Helsinki and report to Korkia’s Head of Marketing and Communications.
The key responsibilities in this role include:
– Content strategy & management
– Developing and executing high-quality content across various formats, including blog posts, press releases, newsletters, videos, as well as website and social media content.
– Planning and managing Korkia’s content marketing calendar to ensure a steady flow of different content formats for Korkia’s target groups to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
– Working closely with internal teams and external partners to gather insights and develop engaging, data-driven content.
– Researching industry trends and client needs to create relevant and impactful content.
– Ensuring all content aligns with Korkia’s tone of voice and values.
– Social media & digital marketing
– Developing and executing a LinkedIn-focused social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement and grow Korkia’s online presence.
– Creating and curating content in English and Finnish to engage audiences.
– Managing digital campaigns and paid advertising on Google, LinkedIn, and other chosen digital channels.
– Tracking and analyzing social media and digital advertising performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize visibility and engagement.
– Managing and developing Korkia’s website (currently running on WordPress).

– You have strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills in English and Finnish, with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging narratives.
– You have at least 3 to 4 years of work experience in digital marketing, content marketing, communications, or a related field – experience in an international business environment is a plus!
– You have experience in SEO, SEM, content optimization, and social media strategy.
– You are familiar with analytics tools to measure content and social media effectiveness.
– You adapt quickly to new systems, and proficiency in visual marketing tools is considered an asset (e.g., Adobe).
– You have strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
– You have the ability to work independently in a structured, detail-oriented manner, while also collaborating across teams.
– Prior experience in the energy sector is beneficial, but not a requirement – most importantly you have a strong interest in learning and diving into the energy market and Korkia’s renewable energy projects!
