Web3 Community Manager

We’re offering a Web3 Community Manager position in the Helsinki region. Who we are looking for:
You will be working directly with the CMO and the Marketing Manager and are in charge of co-designing and executing community engagement and growth strategy, both Reactive and Proactive. Working closely with the Creative team, you will own the community plan, build out the content and tools, and interact with the community on all social channels.
What you will do:
Community Strategy:
– Develop community engagement and growth plan
– Ensure community strategy is aligned with broader marketing strategy, events and materials
– Help create the community narrative
Community Management
– Manage Discord and Twitter accounts and ensure communication and moderation
– Organize community events, incl contests, community calls, and online activities
– Create & update user guides; FAQs & Wikis; instructional content for Rens products and events
– Track and measure outcomes
Collaboration
– Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and focus on community
– Act as the voice of the community to help prioritize the product roadmap
Community Support
– Manage support requests
– Understand product mechanisms and be able to answer community – questions, speak with users, and support integration partners
