Lead Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Developer to be part of the team developing and maintaining digital sales solutions for private customers across the Nordics.

As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable technology solutions that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with other developers and business stakeholders, mentor developers and contribute to the strategic direction of our technology stack.

What you’ll do:

– Develop and lead the design and implementation of high-quality software solutions based on If’s reference architecture.
– Drive the development of scalable and maintainable code.
– Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our technology stack remains competitive.
– Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers.
– Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
– Ensure code quality and adherence to best practice
– Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
– Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth.
– Work with continuous delivery as the main principle, where accountability for delivery is shared in the team.

Who are you?

– Academic/university degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in a fast-paced environment with minimum 5 years of development experience on a relevant tech stack
– Strong proficiency in C# and .NET
– Proficiency in database design and SQL
– Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
– CI/CD tooling framework (Azure DevOps)
– Knowledge of cloud azure platform
– Infrastructure as code with Bicep, Arm, etc.

You also have:

– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Fluency in English
