Platform Manager, CRM
We are now seeking a Platform Manager, CRM to help us further building the future of food. You can be based in any of our Paulig locations. This role reports to the Senior IT Manager, Customer Experience and you will be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe – Finland, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Estonia, Spain.
In this role you will have the opportunity to establish a Global CRM Salesforce Ecosystem for Paulig for the first time and be an active member of the project group. Through this transformation (2025-2027) Paulig will deliver Core CRM Capabilities across all B2B business areas in multiple countries to support a unified commercial approach and develop future-facing competences in Sales and Customer Service.
As the CRM Platform Manager, you will be responsible for owning the solution concept, technical platform, and application management within the Group IT function. This role ensures the continuous development, maintenance, and strategic roadmap of the CRM platform while working closely with Business Process Owners, IT teams, and external vendors.
You will play a crucial role in platform backlog ownership, sprint planning and release management, vendor management, and service delivery, ensuring that the platform meets business needs efficiently.
What you will do
– Own and manage the platform roadmap and architecture and work closely with business stakeholders and Domain Architect ensuring alignment with business needs and enterprise standards.
– Prioritize and oversee the platform backlog to ensure timely and effective execution of release and requirements management.
– Ensure reliable service delivery and maintenance in collaboration with IT Service Managers and support partners.
– Oversee platform budget, including operational and development costs.
– Manage vendor relationships and support contract renewals.
– Maintain technical documentation and user guides for the platform.
– Apply and promote Paulig’s IT processes, safety, and environmental practices.
What we expect from you
– Experience in leading development and deployment of B2B CRM in global and multi-vendor setup (5+ years).
– Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) and product ownership
– Manage backlogs, sprints, and deliver features quickly with measurable business impact.
– Ensure SLA delivery, user satisfaction, up-to-date documentation, and scalable systems.
– Financial understanding and experience in budget planning and controlling.
– Ability at building long-term, trusting relationships and managing stakeholder’s trough clear, effective communications.
– Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
– Background in Agile, Scrum, SAFE and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps are seen as an advantage.
– Vendor and contract management experience.
– Proactive mindset focused on driving IT excellence and business value.
– Fluency in English, both oral and written at a professional level, both oral and written
