Marketing & Digital Experience Manager
Perroy Fi Oy, the operator of Nespresso in Finland, is looking for a results-driven Marketing & Digital Experience Manager to join our team in Helsinki. This is a newly created, key role for a commercially oriented marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive brand growth and digital performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital & E-Commerce Growth
– Full commercial and customer experience ownership of Nespresso Finland’s digital channels.
– Translate data, storytelling and ambition into measurable growth.
Online customer experience ownership
– Continuous improvement of how customers discover, shop, and engage online.
– Ensure the digital storefront reflects world-class quality and delivers business impact.
– Use insights and experimentation to refine customer journeys, strengthen retention, and support sustainable, profitable growth.
Brand experience across all touchpoints
– Shape how customers experience Nespresso both online and offline.
– Bring craftsmanship, sustainability, and innovation to life through campaigns and events.
– Oversee the local marketing calendar & marketing investment plan.
– Collaborate with Trade & Sales Activation teams to ensure all activities contribute to business results.
Campaigns, content & customer engagement
– Drive influencer collaborations, creative content, CRM, loyalty & membership programs and lifecycle activities.
– Plan and execute high-performing digital campaigns that deliver clear ROI.
– Shape the voice and visibility of our brand by leading social storytelling, partnering with creators, and building influencer collaborations that spark relevance, emotion, and measurable impact.
– Apply an agile, test-and-learn approach: test → optimize → iterate quickly.
– Transform global brand strategy into sharp, premium, locally relevant execution.
Systems, tools & data-driven marketing
– Strengthen systems and processes that enable faster, smarter decision-making.
– Ensure marketing is measurable, efficient, and continuously improving.
Strategic collaboration & business impact
– Act as a trusted business partner to senior management.
– Contribute to strategic planning, investment decisions, and business priorities.
– Combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving.
– Focus on delivering results, not coordination or administration.
To be successful in this role, you should:
– Have a degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
– Have several years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or brand management, preferably within a premium or consumer goods environment.
– Be both strategic and hands-on, able to move smoothly from high-level planning to practical execution, be ready to jump in wherever you are most needed.
– Have a proven ability to turn creative ideas into commercial results.
– Be skilled in managing agencies and external partners effectively but also run comfortable digital paid campaigns yourself.
– Bring hunger, curiosity, and ambition.
– Be eager to take the next step in your career, learn quickly, and make a visible impact.
Have a strong understanding of Finnish consumers, the Finnish market, the Finnish language & be fluent in English.

We operate on a hybrid model with four days per week on site at our Helsinki office in Ruoholahti. In this position, we believe that physical presence adds real value, creativity flows faster, collaboration is stronger, and ideas turn into action more seamlessly when teams work closely together.
You will also have the flexibility to manage your work autonomously, access to international expertise through our Nordic and HQ networks, and the opportunity to shape the digital and brand direction of one of the world’s most iconic premium brands. The salary range for this position is €4,500–€5,600 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
