Lead Software Developer

Elisa’s Digital Services unit is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining digital and growth services for both consumer and business customers. We’re a team of designers, developers, and product owners focused on creating smoother, smarter services.

We’re now looking for Lead Software Developer to join Elisa’s Online Services & Growth unit!

Your Role

In this role, you’ll work on new growth initiatives and contribute to the development of scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital services. You’ll be part of an agile team focused on hands-on development.

You’ll:
– Design and develop applications and systems that meet business needs
– Implement and maintain features with a focus on quality and performance
– Conduct code reviews, refactor and optimize code
– Test, release, and monitor changes
– Ensure continuous maintenance and error resolution in applications

What We’re Looking For
– Strong experience in modern software development
– Solid skills in React and TypeScript
– Familiarity with security systems, such as AJAX-based architectures
– Experience working in agile development teams
– Initiative and ownership in driving development forward
– Understanding of accessibility and SEO
– Excellent collaboration skills within development teams
