Full-stack developer
As a full-stack developer, you will be an essential member of our core product development team. Together, we continue to create a world-class customer data and marketing automation platform for our customers. We work in an agile way with continuous deployments of the product guided by the company’s strategy and the needs of our customers.
We develop our own technology and create a complex product often from scratch. Instead of combining various systems or platforms, we build most components ourselves. This involves extensive research and investigation over the long term. You will have the opportunity to influence product development and take ownership of it.
Your role
We’d love you to love your work and stay with us for a long time. We offer a lot of developer flexibility, as well as the possibility to work on bigger entities, but also expect a lot of independence and initiative for you to succeed in this role. Within the focus of our development and technologies, you will have, and we expect you to have, the capability to offer solutions for any given goals or issues.
This full-stack development-focused role is very hands-on, and we are looking for you to take part in delivering first-class technical solutions to make our customers’ lives easier and helping your colleagues in our low-threshold ”there are no silly questions” work culture.
Your work at Custobar can be varied and could, for example, include improving the UX/UI of Custobar (which is a big theme for us for the next couple of years), building data integrations to external systems, AI/LLM development projects, taking care of the delivery of larger product features or the platform via fixing bugs and so on. Your personal preferences and skills will also play a role.

– Familiarity with test driven development
– A curious mindset: there are no stupid questions!

We consider as an advantage if you have experience on:
– Django, Celery, PostgreSQL and/or Elasticsearch as products / platforms
– Distributed systems

– Data engineering and analytics
– Machine learning

Your new team
You will become a part of Custobar’s product development team with both internal and consultant developers, Principal Software Developer, CTO/Founder, CDO and Product Lead. You will come to notice that people at Custobar are friendly and laid-back, and we are flexible and quick in our daily work.
If something doesn’t work, it gets changed, and we are constantly evolving. Our office is in Espoo, but a combination of remote and on-site work is equally possible. In the product development team, we usually meet on-site 1-2 times per month and the rest is up to you. We can offer you a job among top professionals, where you will surely develop both yourself and Custobar. You will work with us alongside well-known brands both in Finland (where we are the market-leader), and internationally (where we are expanding).
Additionally, we offer
