Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing Global Animal Health Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital activities that promote our company and its products/services. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, with a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies.
This is a fixed-term contract to replace a colleague in maternity leave (until July 2027, with a possibility to extend).
Your key responsibilities
– Work with colleagues in multiple countries to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
– Manage and optimize online campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, etc.), requiring hands-on tasks such as running and monitoring advertisements.
– Manage the company’s social media presence, including content planning, creation, scheduling, and engagement.
– Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
– Collaborate with the Marketing teams to create compelling and SEO-friendly content.
– Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
– Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
– Help manage any e-commerce activities related to our platforms

Our expectations
– Bachelor degree in digital marketing or other related field
– Proven experience in Digital Marketing with strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
– Fluent in English both written and verbal
– Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo).
– Experience with SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
– Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
– Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
– Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
– Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
– Familiarity with Adobe tools
Preferred Skills:
– Experience with eCommerce platforms
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Video creation capability (AI focused)
– Certification in Google Ads or similar platforms.
– Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
