Digital Marketing & Media Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing and Media Specialist to lead and refine digital campaigns that inspire engagement, grow our global community, and drive ticket sales and participation.
Your tasks include:
– Develop and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (including search, social, email, and display)
– Manage and optimise content for the institution’s website, ensuring best practices in SEO and user experience
– Oversee campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
– Liaise with external media and digital agencies, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in delivery
– Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and innovations
What we are looking for in a candidate:
– Proven experience in digital marketing and solid understanding of key digital channels
– Data-driven mindset with experience in analysing metrics and optimising campaigns based on performance
– Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp or equivalent)
– Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and creativity
– Experienced in managing marketing budgets effectively
– Language requirements: English, Finnish or/and Swedish a plus
The position is in our communications team, a team of four people led by our head of communications Susanna Kivisilta. The team’s focus is to develop the picture of Amos Rex in the minds of our visitors, the art world and the broader public in alignment with our communications strategy, as well as increasing our ticket sales, media visibility and social media reach. Our communications strategy focusses on three priorities: strategic storytelling, building international recognition and data-driven outreach.
