Digital Channel Manager
Do you want to own and shape the digital storefront across multiple markets, ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience every time someone visits the website? In this role, you will be the ultimate owner of the web channel, with real influence over structure, content, governance and commercial performance across markets and languages.
As Digital Channel Manager, you will have end-to-end business ownership of the organization’s web presence. Your mission is to ensure that the digital experience is unified, continuously improving and commercially effective across all markets and language versions. You will define the structure, governance and standards for the web, balancing global consistency with local market needs. This is a role with strong ownership, where you both set direction and ensure execution, from roadmap priorities to execution quality. You will work closely with eCommerce, marketing, content creation, product and local teams, acting as the central point of coordination for all web-related decisions. This role can be based in any of our main offices in Sweden, Finland or Norway.
What makes this role exciting is that you manage our digital channels, like web and apps across markets and languages, you define standards, structure and governance for the digital experience, you influence both strategic direction and operational execution, you drive commercial impact through continuous optimization, and you work at the intersection of CX, content, technology and business.
Key areas of responsibility include acting as the business owner of the web and its commercial development, defining and coordinating global and local web structure and content, prioritizing and owning the roadmap for digital improvements, ensuring consistent execution across all markets and languages, driving strong web governance, standards and best practices, coordinating closely with content creators, product owners and local teams, and overseeing continuous improvement of user experience and commercial performance.
You are structured, confident in ownership, and comfortable making decisions that impact large-scale digital experiences. You enjoy balancing strategic thinking with operational detail and thrive in cross-functional collaboration. We believe you bring experience in web governance, digital content management and multi-market web operations, strong understanding of personalization and customer experience principles, experience working with CMS platforms like Contentful, and experience from Enoro is considered a strong merit.
