E-commerce & Web Producer
We are looking for a Finnish E-commerce & Web Producer, based in Helsinki with our local E-commerce team. The position is a temporary parental leave cover, starting Sep 1st 2024 until April 17th 2026.
The ideal candidate is an experienced web producer, who will be responsible for the creation, management, and optimization of commercial web content. To ensure a functional and engaging user experience, optimized for best performance.
ABOUT THE JOB
Your daily tasks will be to
– Publish, manage content updates and ensure timely publication across multiple platforms for the commercial content on tui.fi
– Deliver great content and develop ideas on how to merchandise inventory to new and existing customer segments.
– Ensure all web content aligns with brand guidelines and meets the highest quality standards.
– Optimize web pages for sales, speed, usability, and SEO.
– Monitor and analyse web campaigns and website performance, using analytics tools and with support from analytics team.
– Troubleshoot and resolve any content-related issues promptly.
– Work closely with sales, content, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure cohesive and effective commercial web content.
– Support in setting, testing new web requirements, and capabilities.
– Support other E-commerce teams i.e., App, Personalisation and Campaign
ABOUT YOU
– +3 years of hands-on experience of producing online, sales-driving content, product packaging and experience in optimising online content, both inspiring and commercial focus.
– Excellent written communication skills in local language for digital channels to a variety of audiences
– Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
– Strong attention to detail, great problem-solving skills and a passion for creating high-quality web content.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
– Sales driven and experienced in E-commerce.
– Knowledge of content management systems (CMS)
– Understanding of online consumer buying behaviour
– Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
– Analytical and business-oriented mind set.
– Fluent in Finnish and English – both written and spoken.
