eCommerce Specialist
Samlerhuset Nordic is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled eCommerce Specialist to help optimize our Nordic website experience and drive strong commercial performance. If you’re passionate about and have experience with CRO, analytics, web optimization, and creating seamless customer journeys, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence eCommerce across multiple Nordic markets.
As our eCommerce Specialist, you will support the optimization and continuous development of our Nordic eCommerce platform (Joomla) to ensure a high-performing, conversion-focused customer experience. You will collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, development, and creative teams to ensure our website supports both brand and commercial goals for several Nordic markets. This position will be reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager Nordics.
In this role, you will lead CRO initiatives by supporting a data-driven CRO strategy to increase conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value. You will use analytics, A/B testing, and behavioral insights to identify friction points, and you will drive continuous improvement across the full customer journey.
You will also take ownership of the Joomla platform by supporting the development and optimization of the Joomla website in all Nordic markets. You will collaborate with developers to implement new features and ensure high performance, security, and usability, and you will work with Joomla extensions and integrations to enhance functionality.
You will contribute technical and analytical excellence by using tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, and other analytics tools to monitor performance and user behavior. You will present insights in clear dashboards, reports, and recommendations.
You will support personalization and automation by working with CRM and marketing to develop personalized customer experiences, and by supporting marketing automation and content alignment across lifecycle stages.
Cross-functional collaboration is a key part of the role, and you will work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to align site content with campaign goals while supporting communication between business stakeholders and the web development team.
You will also support SEO and performance optimization by ensuring technical SEO best practices are followed and by supporting mobile-first performance optimization and organic visibility improvements. In addition, you will contribute to innovation and best practices by staying informed about CRO, eCommerce, and Joomla trends and suggesting improvements, tools, and methodologies.
You will monitor KPIs and targets by tracking key metrics such as traffic, conversions, bounce rates, average order value, and revenue on websites, and by making sure we optimize and improve results. You will help produce regular performance reports with actionable insights.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least three years of relevant experience within eCommerce, CRO, digital analytics, or similar performance-driven digital roles, along with a minimum Bachelor’s degree within marketing, eCommerce, business, technology, analytics, or another relevant field. Strong communication skills in English are required, plus Finnish or another Nordic language. You should have experience with Joomla or other CMS platforms and a good technical understanding, strong understanding of UX, customer journeys, and data-driven optimization, and experience working hands-on with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and GTM as well as A/B testing platforms.
