Digital Marketing Specialist
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and scale our digital acquisition engine for Cloud Protection for Salesforce (CPSF) – a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS business within WithSecure™. You will drive paid growth across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and emerging channels, build smart marketing automation flows, and push our use of AI deeper into everyday marketing work.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. As an AI-native company, we expect you to actively work with AI tools and agents to scale output, sharpen targeting, and improve performance across the funnel. You will work closely with marketing, product, and sales to turn complex cybersecurity topics into campaigns that drive demand, pipeline, and long-term growth. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and impact, without people management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
– Own paid acquisition end-to-end across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant channels – from strategy and budget allocation to campaign setup, creative briefs, optimization, and reporting
– Plan and execute full-funnel paid campaigns aligned with business, product, and demand generation objectives
– Build, maintain, and continuously improve marketing automation flows (lead nurturing, lifecycle, re-engagement, event follow-up) in our Salesforce-centered stack
– Apply AI in daily work – from campaign ideation and ad copy to audience research, reporting, and building AI agents that automate repetitive marketing tasks
– Explore and implement agentic AI workflows that improve speed, scale, and quality of marketing output across the team
– Drive website conversion rate optimization (CRO) through structured experimentation, landing page testing, and funnel analysis
– Own SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) – make sure we’re discoverable both in traditional search and in AI-driven answer engines
– Build and maintain performance dashboards; translate data into clear insights and concrete next steps
– Partner closely with content, product marketing, sales, and RevOps to align campaigns with pipeline goals
– Manage tracking, attribution, and data hygiene across ad platforms, Salesforce, and our marketing tools
– Stay on top of platform changes, privacy shifts, and new ad formats – and quickly translate them into action
What are we looking for?
– Several years of hands-on experience running paid acquisition in a SaaS, cybersecurity, or B2B technology company
– Proven track record managing meaningful paid budgets across multiple channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok or similar) with clear ROI
– Strong proficiency with AI tools and a genuine curiosity for how AI agents work – you actively use AI to get more done and are excited to push the boundaries further
– Proven experience applying AI to solve real marketing challenges (automation, content generation, analytics, experimentation)
– Solid experience with marketing automation – building flows, nurture programs, and lifecycle campaigns
– Experience with Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement/Pardot, or as a marketing user of Sales Cloud) is a strong plus
– Good understanding of SEO and GEO fundamentals, and how content performs in both traditional and AI-driven search
– Experience with website CRO – A/B testing, landing page optimization, funnel analysis
– Understanding of tracking, attribution, UTMs, and marketing data hygiene
– Self-driven, organized, and able to run multiple campaigns and experiments in parallel
– Problem-solving orientation and a continuous learning mindset to keep up with fast-evolving AI and ad tech
If you don’t tick every box above, don’t worry – we’re more interested in your potential and willingness to learn.
What will you get from us
– Meaningful work with real-world impact – your work helps protect businesses and critical infrastructure from modern cyber threats.
– Flexible ways of working, including up to 30 days per year working abroad and paid sick leave from day one.
– A strong focus on well-being, with mental health support and comprehensive benefits.
– Continuous learning, modern tools, and a people-first culture that values trust and collaboration.
