CRM Specialist
Samlerhuset Nordic is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled CRM Specialist to strengthen customer retention, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing across our Nordic markets. If you’re passionate about CRM automation, segmentation, data-driven communication, and building meaningful customer journeys, this role offers an opportunity to make a major impact across four Nordic countries.
As our CRM Specialist, you will design, build, and optimize customer journeys across the four Nordic markets using Mautic and related CRM platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, analytics, and campaign teams to create targeted, personalized, and automated experiences that enhance retention, reduce churn, and grow long-term customer value. This position will be reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager Nordics.
In this role, you will work with CRM automation and journey development by designing and implementing advanced CRM automation in Mautic and other tools, streamlining campaign execution using workflows and lifecycle-based logic, and ensuring automations are scalable and accurate across all markets. You will also focus on segmentation, personalization, and AI-driven marketing by using AI and analytics to strengthen segmentation and developing personalized CRM strategies that increase relevance and engagement.
You will execute multi-channel CRM campaigns by building and deploying email and SMS campaigns focused on retention and adapting communications to suit each Nordic market. You will contribute to data integration and platform management by integrating CRM with Joomla and other platforms for seamless data flow and supporting technical improvements to CRM systems. You will monitor performance and drive optimization by monitoring CRM performance via dashboards and collaborating with analysts and campaign teams to optimize results.
You will also support innovation and best practices by promoting CRM best practices and staying updated on trends in automation, AI, and digital marketing. In addition, you will own KPIs and targets by working to achieve pre-defined KPIs related to retention, churn reduction, and CRM-driven revenue.
To succeed in this role, you need a minimum of three years of experience in CRM and digital marketing, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital commerce, business, technology, data analytics, or a similar field. Strong communication skills in English are required, along with Finnish or another Nordic language. You should have experience with CRM platforms such as Mautic or other CRM systems, good knowledge of CRM, customer journey development, and data-driven optimization, and hands-on experience with CRM automation, data-driven analysis, personalization, and performance optimization.
