Digital Project Manager
We are now seeking a business-minded and technology-savvy Digital Project Manager to join our global Marketing, Sales and Customer Engagement team in a permanent position at our head office in Helsinki. Join our team and help us make a difference!
Your key contribution areas
As a Digital Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our customer experience. You’ll lead global digital engagement projects – first as part of a new strategic deployment initiative focused on transforming our sales and customer service operations. This is your opportunity to drive meaningful change in how we serve our customers across markets through smarter, more connected digital solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
– Leading the end-to-end planning and execution of digital engagement projects – ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met with precision.
– Coordinating cross-functional teams across business and technology and aligning efforts across our countries and vendors.
– Leading and coaching the project team, facilitating project steering sessions and ensuring open communication and regular updates to project stakeholders.
– Proactively identifying risks and putting in place practical strategies to manage and mitigate them.
What helps you to shine in this role?
We are looking for a new team member who brings solid experience in leading complex projects – combined with a strong understanding of digital technologies in customer-facing environments. You thrive in fast-paced, international settings and feel confident navigating in changing circumstances, tackling multiple dependencies and are quick to adapt plans when needed.
You’re someone who excels at the intersection of business and technology – the one who translates strategic goals and target state business concepts into clear, actionable project plans. While you don’t need to be a tech expert, you’re comfortable working with digital tools and concepts, especially in areas like CRM, contact centers, self-service portals and AI-powered customer solutions.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
– Experience in managing digitalisation or technology-enabled business transformation projects.
– Experience in managing projects in an international environment with phased country-based rollouts.
– A proven ability to lead complex projects from initiation to completion and engage diverse stakeholders.
– Familiarity with customer interface technologies – such as omnichannel platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
– Interest in and ability to leverage AI to enhance customer experience.
– A solid understanding of agile working methods.
– Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
Your key people
You will be part of our global Marketing, Sales and Customer Engagement organisation that plays a critical role in accelerating our sales, improving customer retention, and enhancing our customers’ experience across the customer journey. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our business concept developers, as well as IT and our operating countries in Europe and Asia. You’ll be surrounded by curious minds and collaborative colleagues who believe in learning by doing – and celebrating success together.
