Digital Analyst for Commercial Customers Journeys
We’re on the lookout for a highly analytical and business-minded individual to join our team as a Digital Analyst.
This crucial role is all about gaining deep insights into visitor behavior and enhancing the conversion funnel on our website. As a Digital analyst, your job is to generate meaningful insights that shape our acquisition strategies and fine-tune our digital assets and customer journeys. You’ll work across search, paid media, and danskebank.fi with the objective to attract quality traffic, boost conversions, and deliver top-tier customer experiences in the banking sector. You’ll closely collaborate with digital sales specialists, CRM analysts and content creators, using behavioral triggers to personalize customer interactions. Your main responsibilities include:
– Visualization: You’ll create and update dashboards and reports to show performance trends and insights to our team and stakeholders.
– Investigation: You’ll delve into search, paid media, and web analytics data to find potential improvements and share these insights to improve our customer acquisition and experience strategies.
– Analysis: You’ll examine performance data and identify strategies to boost conversion rates across different marketing channels, aligning with our overall website and customer acquisition goals.
– Tagging & Digital Measurement: You’ll design and apply tagging strategies to measure and enhance the effectiveness of our digital marketing.
– Testing: You’ll devise and apply A/B testing strategies to improve our website’s performance, conversion rates, and user experience, working alongside various teams.
– Staying Current: You’ll keep up with the latest industry trends and tools, especially in AI, and integrate them into your work when suitable.
The ideal candidate has:
– A bachelor’s degree or higher.
– You love working with data and finding solutions to help our customers and business.
– You’re a great communicator who can find and share stories hidden in data, and you’re good at building relationships with both tech-savvy and non-tech people.
– You understand how search, paid media, and web metrics work, and know how to use them to improve performance.
– You’ve worked with digital marketing platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads, and you’re skilled at using Tableau or similar means for data visualization and reporting.
– You have proven experience in increasing conversion rates and you understand digital marketing metrics well.
– You’re knowledgeable about all aspects of Digital Analytics, from tracking data to generating reports and finding insights. You are also familiar with Adobe Analytics, Accutics, SEO and similar tools.
– Strong technical skills in SQL/Python for data querying and manipulation is considered a plus.
– You’re a team player who can inspire others, showing the best ways to report, visualize, and analyze data, and you’re dedicated to growing our data-focused culture.
