Product Manager (Webshop solutions)
As the Product Manager for Mascus’ webshop platform, you will take the lead in shaping and scaling a product used by a diverse clientele – ranging from heavy equipment manufacturers to large and small dealers. You’ll step into the role at an exciting phase: a new version of the product is being launched, and your task is to drive its roadmap, prioritize incoming feedback, and ensure its success in the global market.
You’ll work closely with sales and customer support, other product managers, engineering and product leadership to evolve a platform that is scalable, easy to deploy, and high-performing across both desktop and mobile. While you’ll also support the legacy platform during the transition, your primary focus will be on building and iterating a next-generation solution designed for rapid onboarding and minimal technical configuration.

What we are looking for:
– A couple of years of product management experience in SaaS or digital platforms
– A relevant degree (business, marketing, computer science, etc.)
– Experience working with both desktop and mobile interfaces
– Experience using product management tools such as Jira and Confluence
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
– Full professional proficiency in English
We consider as an asset:
– Background in e-commerce platforms and/or understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
– Hands-on experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban

Practicalities:
In this full-time and permanent position, you will be employed directly by Ritchie Bros. Start time is flexible and can be tailored to your availability, either before or after summer. Ritchie Bros has an office in the heart of Helsinki, and we hope you are willing to visit the Helsinki office a couple of days per week to meet your team and colleagues. The base salary in this position is 4000-5500 €/month (gross) depending on your experience and will be negotiated individually. In addition, the role includes an annual bonus of up to 7.5% of the yearly salary.
