E-commerce Manager

As the Country E-commerce Manager for Finland, you are responsible for the sales and operational work for the e-commerce site mustijamirri.fi. You drive and execute operational and administrative work within e-commerce, from website and sales analysis and optimization to managing content and product information, and online merchandising.

Key responsibilities
– Manage e-commerce budget, forecasts and P&L.
– Analyze KPIs and drive growth through data-driven decisions.
– Optimize sales and conversion by improving the customer journey.
– Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, campaign, buying, IT, supply chain, and customer service.
– Oversee site operations, including product administration, campaign launches, merchandising, product recommendations, internal search, and SEO.

What we are looking for

To be successful in this role, we believe you have relevant education in e-commerce or business administration and several years of experience in similar tasks. We also believe that you are business-oriented, goal-focused, and humble. You have a positive mindset and a burning interest in e-commerce and optimization, and you appreciate combining creative and technical work. Your analytical ability is strong, you see solutions rather than problems, and you dare to showcase your proactive side. As a person, you are committed, curious, meticulous, and thrive on working collaboratively with others.

Your skills and background
– 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce/digital sales
– Relevant education in e-commerce or business
– Business-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
– Proficiency in systems: CMS and E-commerce platforms. Advantages if you have worked with Salesforce before.
– Great skills in Google Analytics, GTM, Excel, and other analytic tools
– Strong knowledge of SEO, conversion optimization, and sales
– Fluent in both spoken and written Finnish and English, and preferably Swedish.
