Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Growth & Sales team in the Sales & Marketing unit in a permanent, full-time role. In this position, you will play a key role in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and business growth. You’ll be responsible for designing strategies, managing budgets, and optimizing performance across multiple channels such as Programmatic, Social Media, Online Video, and Digital Out-of-Home. Your work will include tracking KPIs, improving Customer Acquisition Costs, and collaborating with external partners like media agencies and data providers.

You will thrive in this position, if you have:

– An open-minded, growth-oriented mindset
– At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, in D2C customer acquisition, international gaming or at a media agency
– Proven track record in building effective customer acquisition strategies and campaigns
– Strong background in multichannel campaign planning and optimization (RTB, Social Media, Online Video, DOOH)
– Hands-on experience in channel-specific optimization and development
– Excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of data utilization

Considered an advantage:

– Fluency in English is essential; Finnish is a plus
– Knowledge of MMM, attribution/contribution modeling, and reporting dashboards
– Interest in automation and AI-driven tools for digital marketing
