We are now looking for a Global Web Platform Product Owner to join Posti’s Digital Channels team to plan and build group-wide customer facing solutions.

In this position, you will be responsible of managing and updating the Posti-wide global web platform focus together with the Channel Leads, Design Team, Solution Architecture and other key stakeholders (Business, Marketing, Communications, Customer Service, among others). The Product Owner is the primary point of contact on behalf of the customer to identify the product requirements for the development team.

Key responsibilities of the role :

– Managing the web platform budget and ensuring that release timelines are met with value
– Using performance metrics to measure the team’s capacity , velocity, and business value creation, and leading continuous improvement
– Creating/updating commercial concepts, supporting the channel roadmap s , web platform roadmap and consolidating applications to simplify the digital customer front (together with the Channel Leads )
– Organizing agile development ceremonies (dailies, sprint planning, retrospectives, among others) for the development team(s) and transforming the channel vision into an executable and value-driven initiatives backlog (user stories)
– Resolving issues and answering questions for the development team to ensure agility and development speed

To succeed in this position, we hope that you have:

– You have experience in leading scalable website development in multiple markets with a customer experience focus. Contentful CMS platform understanding is a plus.
– You have competence in defin ing different processes and ways of working related to site development together with the design, development and content team, e.g. to ensure that publishing processes can be standardized to serve this development model
– Experience in leading value-driven digital product development, managing budget, business priorities, capacity , and timelines
– Vision-driven and focused on creating value for our customers and the company. You are not afraid to terminate ideas if they don’t improve our digital customer services
– You breathe lean and agile principles, leading the development team with Scrum/Kanban. You master agile ceremonies and are always looking for continuous improvement in performance
– Experience with digital product development tools (Atlassian), design systems, modern software development, DevOps, APIs, and AWS solutions
– Confident in expressing your opinions and engaging in discussions with management and colleagues to make your point
– Fluent language skills in both Finnish and English
