We are now looking for Web Concept and Experience Manager to join our Digital CX and Sales Discovery team.
As a Web Concept and Experience Manager, your key goals are improving and optimising user experience in our digital channels such as our website and virtual space and supporting sales by optimising lead generation from these channels. You will share insights with key stakeholders and experts to continuously improve the online content. In this position, you will have an essential role in managing and improving VTT’s online presence and connecting new and existing customers with our vast expertise. Supported by talented colleagues and partners, you will lead the development of our online channels. The location of the position is in Espoo, Tampere or Oulu.
Our team, Digital CX and Sales Discovery, works on creating user centric digital customer experience that activates customers and finds the highest quality leads for our sales. We drive digital growth by transforming VTT’s digital presence and customer experience, by finding and building the most suitable new customer relationships for impactful collaboration and by marketing and sales automation and data and insights. In addition to this role and being the product owner for our web services, our team members are product owners for marketing automation and CRM.
