Marketing and Content Specialist
We are now looking for a Marketing and Content Specialist to join our customer interface team in Helsinki. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing and contents of our Finnish marketplace brands. You will be part of our customer interface team which includes marketing, sales and customer service.
In a nutshell your task is to ensure the implementation of effective marketing and engaging content.
More broadly, your job includes:
– Marketing activities, for example campaigns, digital advertising, social media, SEO/SEM, materials
– Develop marketing automation
– Planning, creating and managing content for different needs, such as digital marketing needs and to our marketplace sites
– Site performance monitoring and site content management
– Co-operation with different stakeholders
– Customer service
To succeed in the role, we hope you have:
– Excellent verbal and written skills in Finnish
– Good English skills
– 2-3 years of previous work experience in a similar role
– Ability to create a wide variety of content
– Previous experience of working with customers
– Academic degree from a suitable field
– Startup mindset, i.e. understanding that working in a small team requires flexibility and working on tasks that may not be part of core job description and responsibilities
– Previous experience with using HubSpot is an advantage but not mandatory
