IT Service Manager, eCommerce
To strengthen the development and delivery of IT solutions for our Valmet customers, we are now looking for an IT Service Manager, eCommerce.
In this role, you will be part of our Valmet IT Sales and MarCom Solutions team whose focus is to provide solutions, services and platforms covering the business needs for sales (including CPQ), marketing and e-commerce.
In this position, you will be working closely with IT and Business stakeholders in tasks related to digitalized business. As IT Service Manager having a customer-oriented mindset, you will primarily drive the implementation and development of our Valmet eCommerce solutions such as Valmet web shop (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), customer managed sourcing portals (SAP Ariba, Coupa), Valmet spare parts catalog (Documoto) as well as our Valmet order channel automation software (GoAutonomous).
Your future responsibilities with us could be described as a mix of Solution Architecture designing, IT Service- and Project Management tasks.
The IT Service Manager, eCommerce has the following key responsibilities:
– Analyze business needs and prioritize the requirements backlog together with the business owners.
– Own the technical specifications, design, and solution architecture of the eCommerce solutions.
– Define and maintain short- and long-term roadmaps for the eCommerce solutions in scope.
– Collaborate actively with key stakeholders in business and IT to understand, support and deliver the business needs.
– Provide support and guidance to our 3rd Party developers in implementing the business requirements.
– Ensure eCommerce solutions related developments and configurations are done as per best practices and documented.
– eCommerce solutions budget responsibility
– Follow and understand eCommerce trends and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact and applicability to our business, to continuously improve processes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this position you should have at least three years of work experience in IT service, IT project management and/or systems integrations. Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem is seen as an advantage, but training will be provided if necessary. You demonstrate leadership and analytical skills as well as ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams and vendors towards task completion.
We expect you to have a technical degree, B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or related field equal.
With your good communication and interpersonal skills, you can build and keep up good relationships with both external and internal stakeholders. As we are working in a multicultural environment, fluent spoken and written English is essential in this position. Other language skills are regarded as an advantage.
