As the Team Lead of Growth Marketing and Marketing Technology, you have a crucial role in leading our marketing strategy, Martech roadmap and nurturing a team of talented channel specialists. This is a fixed-term contract and a parental leave substitute.

Day to day, you will coach and guide the channel specialists to ensure the business meets set growth targets. It is important that you have strong hands-on experience with a range of different organic and paid channels, while understanding the bigger picture. You will work to expand and execute on our paid marketing strategy across multiple channels, testing and analysing data and identifying trends to maximise our efforts. You will also have a strong understanding of data flows, marketing technology platforms and automation opportunities.

You will have a curious mind, always looking to improve and challenge our ways of working. As a team lead, you are versatile and understand the benefits of a servant leadership style. Working with other teams, you will surface opportunities for business growth and optimise ongoing activity. The marketing landscape evolves quickly, and you will be expected to stay on top of global advertising trends and technology.

In this position, you will work in a close and strong collaboration with our various internal (such as Brand, Digital Sales & Marketing, Content, Communications, Sales) and external stakeholders such as our media and advertising agencies.

In this role you will:

– Be responsible for the growth marketing and technology strategy across all aspects of display, video, paid social and ad-serving across 20+ markets
– Successfully lead a team of 9 growth marketing specialists
– Drive business growth and change by initiating new opportunities through a customer centricity lens
– Manage and allocate annual growth marketing budget with the support of channel specialists to ensure high ROAS
– Drive insights on the impact of key marketing activities to help optimise channel mix and performance, as well as inform creative testing
– Support the measurement and tracking of marketing campaign and channel KPIs across conversion, acquisition, engagement, and revenue metrics
– Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and inform decision making for future marketing activities
– Work in multi-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of projects
– Lead work needed related to Salesforce Data Cloud
– Provide technical expertise in data management within marketing and advertising execution platforms to ensure efficient execution of marketing campaigns
– Ability to prioritise and manage a wide range of requirements in a fast-paced environment
– Manage and execute optimisations towards our Meta Search and affiliate network

You will succeed if you have:

– Over 2 years’ experience working in a similar leadership role
– Over 5 years’ experience working in a media agency or similar role
– Studies in a relevant field, for example marketing, business, or commerce
– You have a curious appetite for learning and exploring new opportunities
– Understanding and ability to explain high-level industry trends
– Interest in working for a global brand in fast-paced environment
– Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to overlay commercial acumen to developed insights and recommendations
– Proven experience working with: Google Analytics 4 and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
– Hands-on experience in purchasing media: Google Marketing Platform (DV360 and CM360); Google Ads; Smartly; Bing; TikTok and many more channels
– Proven ability to communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, both in verbal and written formats
– Experience in using insights to support decision making across core phases of a customer journey
– Strong capability of managing and prioritising several competing tasks for different stakeholders
– Great team player with positive mindset and good communication skills
– Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong English language skills

The role is based in Vantaa, Finland. We would preferably have you joining our team from August onwards until end of 2025. We offer an exciting opportunity in the fast-changing aviation and travel industry along with great team and wide personal development opportunities.
