Frontend Developer

As a Frontend Developer, you will be part of the core Onboarding and Professional Services Team. You will liaise with both Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development Teams.

You will create web design, wireframes, and mockups for the merchants choosing Nosto and work on the technical implementation together with the customer’s technical teams to ensure a seamless and effective end result. You must be able to work independently, take responsibility for client projects, and enjoy working with multinational, multicultural teams and customers based in multiple locations.

Responsibilities:
– Designing/developing onsite features such as product recommendations, content campaigns, AB tests, and email campaigns
– Creating web design, wireframes, and mockup layouts of recommendation concepts and templates for our customers
– Taking the initiative to go the extra mile for delighting our customers’ portfolio of world-renowned brands
– Hosting training to partner’s development teams delivering Nosto product
– Providing assistance to sales and marketing teams on customers’ technical implementations and other day-to-day tasks
– Providing technical support to customer development teams on Nosto-related topics

Requirements:
– Solid knowledge of semantic HTML, CSS, & JS (client-side), including HTML5 and CSS3.
– Independent problem-solving skills and capability to communicate fluently with people having different professional and technical backgrounds
– Experience with email design/coding is a plus
– Knowledge of template engines (we use Apache Velocity) is a plus
– Fluency in written and verbal English. Other languages e.g German, French, Spanish, Swedish, etc. is a plus
