Ecommerce specialist

We are looking for a driven Ecommerce Specialist to help manage of our online store. You’ll oversee product data, build pages, and work closely with external developers to ensure our Shopify platform runs smoothly and is continuously optimized for performance. You’ll also play a key role in daily store operations, assisting with development tasks to drive efficiency and growth.You’ll be instrumental in developing and optimizing the user experience, ensuring a smooth, intuitive journey for our customers. This includes troubleshooting issues, improving site functionality, and enhancing the overall shopping experience to meet customer needs.

As a DTC brand, we sell directly to our domestic and international customers through our online store. Continuous improvement of our user experience is key to our international expansion, ensuring that the shopping process is as smooth and intuitive as possible.

What you will do

– Manage store development, page building, product data and SEO.
– Collaborate with the marketing, sales and product people to ensure alignment on content and communication.
– Manage day-to-day development tasks with external developers for Shopify and our own adjacent software to optimize site performance.
– Monitor platform KPIs and provide insights for improvement.
– Troubleshoot and optimize data flows between Shopify and other platforms.

What we are looking for

– Positive and upbeat personality. You want to be surrounded by other high achievers who will push you to perform your best.
– Fluent in English. Finnish and Swedish is considered a major plus.
– 1+ years of relevant hands-on experience managing eCommerce platforms, especially Shopify. – Familiarity with tools like GA, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Zapier, and Supermetrics is a plus.
– Detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, and proficient in Excel and similar data tools.
– Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with small teams and external developers.
