eCommerce & Marketing Specialist

We are now looking for a Finnish Ecommerce & Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online and marketing team.
The role will help Carlings strengthen our position in Finland, both online and stores.

You will be responsible for delivering translations for the website and other marketing channels, such as newsletters and advertising. The role will work tightly with our SEO-team to make sure that our website is optimized for search and secure Google positions in Finland.

You will be responsible for local website administration and development based on group guidelines. Together with the Ecommerce Manager you will work out online strategies and development suggestions based on your feedback with the Finnish customer in mind.

The role will include analyzing both our website, secure development and take actions where needed, but also do relevant competitor, consumer and market analysis to make sure we always stay on top of what’s “cooking” in the Finnish market.

Together with the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for securing, developing and implementing the strongest campaigns and best market strategy for Finland. The role has focus on increasing brand awareness and strengthening Carlings’ brand position in the Finnish market through effective communication and relationship building with the target group.

You will be responsible for keeping up to date with new “local” trends in all marketing channels, including influencer marketing and social media. The role will plan and carry out local marketing and events, such as festivals and store openings. You will collaborate with our stores to ensure that local campaigns get the right support.

The position is based in Helsinki but demands occasional trips to our office nearby Oslo, Norway ** **

Skills
– 2-4 years retail experience
– Excellent understanding of the customer journey
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Experience in working with multiple deadlines
– Proven experience of working independently with execution
– Analytical skills including working with budgets and numbers
– Positive entrepreneurial attitude and approach
– Strong experience in building internal relationships
– Excellent writing and verbal skills in Finnish, English and Swedish is preferrable
