We are now looking for a highly motivatedDigital Marketing Specialistto join Stockmann’s Marketing Activation team. The ideal candidate is a proactive go-getter with a curious mind and passion for retail. You have a track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns and you understand the value of premium customer experience.
At Stockmann’s Marketing Activation team, you will be responsible for planning and managing a portfolio of digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with Marketing Managers, Channel Specialists, and external partners to drive Stockmann’s growth through digital channels. You have a good understanding of customer-centric marketing and you can create personalized omnichannel tactics that connect with customers throughout their journeys.
This is a permanent position, and You will be located in the Stockmann Head Office, in the Helsinki city centre department store. We are working in hybrid model.
What you will be doing:
– Plan and execute impactful digital marketing strategies to increase online sales and brand awareness
– Collaborate with media agency and other external partners to develop and deploy successful campaigns through Paid Search, Social, and Display.
– Take ownership of digital marketing Test & Learn agenda
– Analyze and report on campaign performance and translate insights into data-driven actions that drive growth while sustaining return on investment
– Work closely with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure digital marketing efforts align with overall business KPIs
– Recognize and evaluate emerging trends
What are we looking for:
– 2+ years in digital marketing, preferably with experience in performance marketing
– Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Programmatic, Retargeting, Affiliate)
– Ability to plan and manage campaigns that drive online sales and engagement through digital channels
– You are comfortable with writing copy and understand creative requirements and best practices in digital media
– You have an analytical and data-driven mindset, a willingness to continuously test and learn, and optimize for the most important KPIs
– Excellent organization skills; you have the ability to prioritize your work and meet deadlines
– You are comfortable in a multicultural working environment. Fluency in Finnish and English is required
– Experience in retail/eCom is considered a plus
