As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the Digital Marketing team, being responsible for planning, execution, and management of digital marketing for Fazer Confectionary brands in Finland. You will report with a dotted line to Commercial Unit Finland, cooperating closely with brand managers and local marketing activation team.

Your key tasks will include:

– Social media management for consumer brands (focus on Meta, TikTok, YouTube): planning, scheduling, managing content calendars, publishing, community management and social consumer care.
– Hands-on production of always-on social media content: photography, video shooting and editing, graphic design, copywriting. Coordinating external production agencies or creators.
– Executing competitions, games and polls on social media and MyFazer community.
– Coordinate paid social media efforts with external agencies to optimize content and media spends.
– Coordinate and support with influencer marketing.
– Maintenance and updating of Finnish and English websites, creating landing pages, continuous Search Engine Optimization.
– Measuring and reporting on social media and website performance .
– Automated journey and email marketing content planning & production.
– Support marketing teams in aligning 360 marketing in digital channels.

This is a permanent fulltime position located in Vantaa, Finland. You will report to Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Fazer Group, Confectionary and Lifestyle Foods.

What you’ll bring to the team

You have at least 2-3 years of experience in versatile digital content production. You have tangible examples of creating well performing content in different digital marketing channels and you are just as skilled in shooting and editing videos as you are with writing engaging copytexts.

To be successful in the role, you are at a proficient level when it comes to digital marketing, social media channels, community management and content creation tools, driving consumer engagement as well as measuring performance. You are results oriented, have a strategic approach to content production and understand how to use data to optimise your work. You can draw meaningful insights from analytics and communicate them effectively. We see that you are highly interested in digital marketing and social media trends, you are passionate about creating well performing content, and both commercial awareness and creative thinking come naturally to you. Experience working with influencer marketing is considered an advantage. The role requires excellent team-working and coordination skills. You have fluent written and spoken Finnish and excellent command of English. In addition, you work well as part of a team as well as independently.
