Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for a digitally savvy marketer passionate about the latest MarTech and who knows how to make business impact with it. You have a can-do attitude and capability to work cross functionally in an international environment. You will work closely with colleagues in Uponor Infra Marketing, Category Management and Sales, as well as Marketing professionals across Europe.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned digital marketer with hands-on experience in paid social, paid search platforms- a team player with a growth mindset, can-do attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
What will you be doing?
Own, develop and be accountable for Uponor Infra’s digital marketing practice. Crafting well-thought strategies for demand generation and demand capture.
Own the distribution of content assets via digital programmes, in close collaboration with our local marketing teams across Europe.
Be responsible for the overall reporting, and analytics, connecting marketing activities with revenue and ultimately gross profit.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
What will you need?
– 7+ years of extensive hands-on experience in digital marketing, using major paid online platforms, managing & scaling your own budget, within an industrial B2B environment.
– Deep understanding of how people use social channels and what resonates for our target buyers.
– Analytical mind to deep dive into data, extract insights, discover behaviours and propose tactics to enhance content consumption.
– Expert use of Salesforce, with holistic lead management skills from Pardot to Sales Cloud.
– Expert use of all Google products; GA4, GTM, GSC, paid search, YouTube analytics.
– Experience in CMS, UX and multilingual SEO (experience with Kentico is a plus)
– Demonstrated ability to effectively plan media investments based on both business and performance marketing KPIs.
– Solid experience working with web & mobile tracking and analytics.
– Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel (e.g vlookup, pivot etc.) or experience with data analytics tools.
– Marketing Mix Modelling experience is a big plus.
– Experience managing stakeholder interests and provide ongoing feedback / reporting analysis.
– Passion for the latest trends in digital marketing and continuously evaluate opportunities for our business.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other Nordic languages are a plus.
