Digital Marketing Manager
To join our market-facing digital team, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is responsible for the development, operations and optimization of the digital marketing platforms of the company to comply with business requirements and to support the execution of business marketing strategies. This is a temporary position with employment continuing to the end of 2026. The position will be filled as soon as the right candidate is found.
Digital Marketing Manager works closely with the Digital Marketing Owner Board, channel marketing and other business stakeholders to develop the Digital Marketing road map to guide and deliver continuous improvement and development projects. You will be leading a small team and you will be part of the digital leader team of the region.

– Ability to lead digital marketing development activities and operations, based on tactics and strategies, in a result-driven way to desired outcomes.
– Lead development projects of cross-organizational and multi-cultural teams following professional, efficient and proven methodologies.
– Lead and develop a team as well as stakeholders around you to strengthen the overall digital marketing capability and mindset in the company.
– Foster a culture of continuous improvement utilizing data, research and feedback and thus contribute to the development of a culture of innovation.
Skills and capabilities necessary to succeed
– Previous experience of running and developing successful digital marketing through websites and other digital channels.
– Deep understanding of analytics and how to utilize that in CRO and quality management.
– Experience in leading and managing digital marketing campaigns.
– Ability to utilize digital marketing capabilities to deliver business strategies.
– Strong experience in project and change management.
– Experience in driving change across people, processes and platforms to deliver solutions.
Business requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing or Information Technology
– Previous experience of working in similar role(s) in B2B environment in an international company
– Good people skills and team leadership capability
– Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
– Full professional proficiency in English; Finnish and other languages are assets
– Location: Remote or Hybrid in countries Finland, Sweden, the Baltic states, Germany, Poland or Belgium. It is also possible to be based from our European sites in Scandinavia and the Baltic states, like Helsinki, Skovde, Vilnius, Trezmeszno, Brussels, Tessenderlo.
