As Digital Experience Specialist, you will step into a newly created position within the Commercial Operations team in Finland. You will have the opportunity to develop & optimise GSK websites to drive GSKs omnichannel strategy, provide more value to the visitors, and to maximize the impact of our campaigns.

In this role you will…

  • Develop and maintain competitive, well-performing websites to support business unit objectives and GSK’s digital and omnichannel strategy
  • Be responsible for GSK website development road map (e.g. new features), ongoing optimization of the sites (including SEO optimization) and planning and creation of content outside the scope of brand teams.
  • Support LOC marketers and Brand teams (new launches, priority brands and established products) in designing and implementing user-friendly and accessible web content and tools according to industry and GSK best-practices.
  • Regularly track the performance of websites and collect insights based on visitor behaviour and/or feedback to provide recommendations for Brand teams.
  • Act as an expert in providing suggestions to respective Brand teams on how to continually optimise content and structure of websites for the best impact.
  • Work closely with GSK Tech (or 3rd party tech providers) to improve channel experience and raise any risks, concerns or business implications.
  • Ensure that GSK websites comply with relevant Pharma Industry Finland and GSK policies on e.g., pharmaceutical marketing, privacy, cyber security, accessibility, data utilization etc.
  • Implement new GSK global web platforms and tools to support GSK Finland digital and omnichannel strategy.

Why you?

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject e.g. marketing, communications, business and/or life science, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital and omnichannel marketing, specifically website planning, content and optimization
  • Experience in developing and measuring digital and omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • Excellent project management capabilities
  • Ability to translate business and communications objectives into user-friendly website structure and content
  • Fluent Finnish and English, speaking and writing

Preferred:

  • Masters degree in relevant subject Marketing, communications, business and/or life science or equivalent
  • Excellent personal and business communication skills and agile ways of working
  • Sufficient understanding of CMS systems and technical website technologies to ensure smooth communication with tech teams and website developers
  • Works in co-operation with other parts of the organisation to reach results
  • Strong innovative/continuous improvement mindset
  • Team player with effective networking, collaboration and engagement skills
