Digital Content and CRO Specialist
We are looking for a proactive Digital Content and CRO Specialist with a growth mindset to join our team.
In this role, you’ll focus on optimizing digital content for search engines, voice search (AEO), and generative engine optimization (GEO), with the primary goal of driving conversions for both B2B and B2C audiences.
You will also be responsible for creating SEO-optimized content and copywriting across various owned channels. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you’ll work closely with the channel content team, analytics team, and other stakeholders to develop and refine content that enhances visibility, engages customers, and maximizes conversion opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
– Develop and implement SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies for better organic visibility
– Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to find content opportunities
– Collaborate with content teams to optimize digital assets for keywords and user intent
– Create SEO-optimized copy for websites, newsletters, and communications
– Analyze user behavior to identify and implement conversion improvements
– Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to enhance user experience and conversions
– Partner with teams for consistent content and track KPIs to refine strategies.
To succeed in this position, we hope that you have:
– 3+ years of experience in digital content optimization, SEO, CRO, or a related field
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline
– Proven track record of leading successful team collaborations
– Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO optimization strategies and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz)
– Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization tactics, and tools
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
– A growth-oriented, experimental mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration
– Finnish and English written and spoken proficiency
