What is the job like, really?
As an Analytics Consultant, you’ll work as an expert in versatile digital commerce projects handling customer and product data. You’ll be helping our Top 200 enterprise customers with their commerce projects, and you know how to describe our clients’ problems in terms of business and how to turn data into insights and solutions. You are involved in sketching and implementing analytics strategies that can combine all kinds of customer data, product data, behavior data, marketing data etc. You’ll work with a team of experts in complex customer projects and get to dive deep with your expertise.

Key responsibilities:
💫 Plan and implement custom digital analytics solutions
💫 Debug and troubleshoot technical errors across environments and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency
💫 Optimize website performance and usability
💫 Validate, unify, and visualize cross-system data on custom dashboards
💫 Support other team members with analytics methodologies and play crucial role in various of commerce and analytics projects
What are we looking for?
We don’t expect you to be a unicorn, but the more you know about the following, the better:
🎯 Strong expertise in web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Piwik Pro, and Matomo)
🎯 Experience with tag management systems (such as Google Tag Manager and Tealium)
🎯 Basic understanding of essential languages for the role (such as JavaScript, HTML, and SQL)
🎯 Digital marketing principles and conversion tracking possibilities
🎯 Pulling, blending, and visualizing data from various data sources on custom dashboards (such as Looker Studio)
🎯 Experience with consent management platforms (such as OneTrust and CookieBot)
🎯 Team player and can spar solutions and specifications with other project stakeholders
🎯 Comprehensive knowledge of topics of data integration, customer lifetime value, data warehousing, search engine optimization, and conversion rate optimization, and how to leverage and apply these concepts effectively
🎯 Fluency in English and Finnish
Seen as an advantage:
⭐️ Proficient in implementing server-side tagging solutions (such as Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, Stape)
⭐️ Highly skilled in advanced JavaScript techniques and web design stacks (HTML, CSS)
⭐️ Experienced in data querying (such as with Google BigQuery)
