Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for a passionate and talented Digital Marketing Manager to bring business, customer understanding, analytics and experimentation into our communication towards our Savings and Investment customers. This is a permanent and full time position in Data, Digital Sales & Engagement team, focusing on serving Personal Banking customers.
About our team
Meet the Data, Digital Sales and Engagement team. Our role is to engage with customers across the full digital customer journey from external paid channels to our own channels (website and app) as well as through personalized in-app messages, emails and lead generation to physical channels. You would join the Savings & Deposits team that utilizes these channels to help our customers enhance their financial wellbeing and wealth.
You will also have a community of other Digital Marketing Managers and Paid Media Specialists locally and Nordic. Our ambition is to serve our local personal banking customers with Nordic scale, utilizing the knowledge and learnings from all four Nordic countries.

What you’ll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role:
– Translate business objectives and customer needs into effective digital marketing strategies
– Create and implement digital customer journeys for our Savings and Investment activities to support our customers’ needs and Nordea’s strategic vision for the future
– Define different touchpoints in the customer and product journeys, orchestrating the different messages across all the channels together with other experts
– Measure, manage and analyze our on-going performance in order to gather insights and learnings for maximizing effectiveness and customer satisfaction
Who you are

– Can handle several projects and cases at the same time
– Are experienced on stakeholder management and are seen as a clear communicator towards others
– Are target driven, you find the data and numbers interesting and you’ll have the skills to base your suggestions and proposals to data
Your background and skills include:
– +5 years’ experience of digital marketing (B2C) that combines long- and short-term business objectives, experience of finance sector is a plus, but not required
– Experience of wider range of marketing & communication channels is an advance
– Excellent and professional communication & presentation skills
– Proven track record on building successful digital marketing activities based on customer understanding, data & insights and optimizing performance against objectives
– Fluent in English & Finnish (Professional level)
– Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
It would be ideal if you also:
– Have experience on successful digital marketing towards young adults
– Show interest towards savings and investments
