Frends is growing and we are strengthening our Frends marketing team. As a result, we´re looking for a new role Global Digital Marketing Manager based in Finland or Sweden.

⭐ Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with substantial experience in performance marketing, digital marketing strategy, and execution. This role is pivotal in generating demand and driving the execution of our global digital marketing strategies. You will be instrumental in managing daily operations, utilizing analytics to optimize campaigns, and collaborating with international teams to tailor our approach to diverse markets. Visiting our Stockholm, Sweden, or Espoo, Finland office is required on a weekly basis.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

– Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute a comprehensive global digital and performance marketing strategy that aligns with Frends’ growth objectives.
– Demand Generation: Effectively generate demand and drive qualified leads for Frends through targeted digital campaigns.
– Campaign Management: Implement, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns using data-driven insights, analytics, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
– Collaborative Optimization: Regularly collaborate with country marketers and the marketing programs lead to refine strategies and influence campaign development based on local insights and performance data.
– Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets across all platforms and regions, ensuring efficient allocation and spend for optimal results.
– Performance Reporting: Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to senior management, demonstrating campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.

🧐 Who You Are

We believe you have

– At least 5 years of hands-on relevant experience in digital marketing.
– Results-driven and highly analytical mindset.
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
– Proactive and ‘can do’ attitude with attention to detail.
– Experience in a fast-paced SaaS organization is preferred.
– Hands-on proficiency in digital channels such as Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
– Fluency in English, with outstanding verbal and written skills.

Living in Sweden or Finland with a requirement to visit our Stockholm or Espoo office on a weekly basis.

Additional information

– You will report to the Chief Marketing officer based in the Stockholm office.
– The role will be filled as soon as the right person is found.
– The role is a full-time permanent position.
