Project Director, eCommerce & Web

We are searching for an experienced Project Manager or Project Director to join our eCommerce & Web team. In this role you’ll focus on WooCommerce, WordPress, Integration or Web Application projects for our clients. You will be both managing the project itself and acting as a solution owner who takes charge of the bigger picture, aiming to become a strategic partner for the client in their sales process transformation.

As a Project Manager, your role will involve the comprehensive management of various projects, ranging in size and complexity, from conception to final implementation. We are looking for someone who can keep their cool under pressure, effectively managing expert teams and budgets while delivering projects on time and keeping our clients’ objectives in sharp focus to achieve results.

What We Expect from You:
– Over three years of experience in managing digital projects
– Business-oriented and big-picture thinking that supports our clients’ objectives and drives us towards better outcomes for our clients
– Ambition and a desire to assist in developing and improving operational models and processes to better serve our team and clients
– Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Jira, Severa and Monday, and both Waterfall and Agile projects, as well as Waterfall-Agile hybrid projects.
– Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
– Proficiency in both English and Finnish languages
– Working from our Helsinki or Lahti offices 3 days per week
