Software Developer
We are looking for a skilled fullstack developer to join our web team! Our team is responsible for Inderes platform & its distribution. This means our investors facing websites ( inderes.fi , inderes.se & inderes.dk ) as well as distribution integrations to 3rd parties (e.g. Nordnet, Avanza, Kauppalehti). We also build analysis tools for our Research team to create high-quality analysis efficiently. So basically web platform is in the core of Inderes flywheel, and an integral part of our Nordic expansion.
In this role you’ll be part of our six person tech team. Our team collaborates continuously with our users, community team, analysts, event producers and other developers. We operate in an agile and self-driven manner, and naturally you can affect our way of working, backlog and focus areas. We build new stuff with modern technologies
Our tech stack consists of modern technologies, such as Typescript, React, NextJS, MongoDB, Postgres & GraphQL. We have built a headless modern stack, while we’re simultaneously sunsetting our old Drupal site. No worries, you don’t need to touch that part.
Currently we’re building missing features and new improvements, while supporting our Nordic expansion. Near-term roadmap consists of new user’s onboarding experience, helping users to find interesting companies and content and easing with the information overload during earning seasons. These are just some concrete examples, where you could contribute. You can check our Forum thread (unfortunately in Finnish, but GPT can translate it for you), if you want to see what kind of collaboration we have with our users.
What do we appreciate in you
– 2+ years of experience and/or portfolio on full stack development
– Experience in at least some of the technologies we’re using: Typescript, React, NextJS, MongoDB, Postgres. No need to handle all beforehand.
– Autonomous way of working, curious mind & will to improve our work
– Communication skills in English
Nice to have, but not mandatory:
– Interested in improving our QA & testing practices
– Interested in stocks or investing
