Terveystalo Digital Health is seeking an experienced

Full Stack Developer

to join our team and contribute to the development of a cutting-edge digital service platform. The successful candidate will have experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as a deep understanding of software development methodologies and principles. The candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining the product architecture while also leading the development team and ensuring an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design and implement the product architecture for the digital service platform, ensuring a robust and scalable solution
– Develop high-quality software components and modules using front-end and back-end technologies that prioritize an exceptional user experience
– Lead the development team in the full software development life cycle, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing of platform-related features with a focus on both front-end and back-end development
– Identify and troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to the product architecture and user experience based on user feedback and industry best practices
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, to ensure the seamless integration of design and development processes
– Manage containerization and orchestration using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes to optimize deployment, scaling, and management of applications
– Mentor and support junior developers on the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
– Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to full-stack development and architecture to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative

As an ideal candidate you have:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
– Proven experience as a Full Stack Lead Developer or in a similar role, with a focus on both front-end and back-end development and architecture expertise
– Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
– Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and experience with other relevant libraries and frameworks
– Solid understanding of UX design principles and the ability to apply them to software development
– Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently, as well as within a team environment
