The post holder must be able to demonstrate an independent marketing and branding vision and have the desire to deliver long-term strategic business value to clients. Valve’s Art Director is a senior designer, who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in at the pixel-level and who understands the value of solid software experience. You will be capable of slick presentations and winning pitches but can turn your attention and skill to helping your team deliver their best. The successful candidate will be a quality-oriented professional who knows web trends like the back of their own hand but isn’t afraid to question them.
