Account Director

You'll be responsible for new business sales and the development of ongoing business relationships. You'll lead and manage a large piece of business and client engagements. Together with the Project Manager / Account Manager you'll be responsible for overall client satisfaction and quality of service.

Key tasks and responsibilities
* Proactive selling both into new business channels and current key accounts
* Plan all engagements including goals, deliverables, schedules and budgets by managing the workflow process with support from Project/ Account Managers
* Actively pursue new revenue sources as well as participate in strategic development of new business
* Build and develop top level client relationships that demonstrate understanding of their business by developing and driving strategies, generating insights, having financial account responsibility and ultimately delivering
* Challenge the creative teams to develop better and stronger creative
