We’re looking for a person with a passion for marketing technology and intellectual curiosity to test everything. We’re leaders in experience management and seek someone to participate in the next phase of rapid growth

In this role, you are the soul of the data-driven website development. You’re highly motivated on revenue based marketing and you will be a key catalyst for customizing Marketing technologies with your understanding of modern front-end skills. You will be part of our talented Marketing team at Tampere HQ, but you will be working closely with the whole global marketing function.

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintenance and continuous development of multiple HappyOrNot websites

Develop customized email and landing page templates to optimize marketing campaigns performance

Improve Lead Generation through various A/B testing strategies and conversion optimization best practices

Tech-savvy “janitor” to support the Digital Marketing team with multiple tools, integrations, platforms

Consult marketing colleagues on best content testing (A/B and multivariate)

Propose and implement personalization capabilities on the web platform (WP)

Success factors for the position:

We are ideally looking for a person who wants to work in MarTech rather than SW developer. You can have a passion for both, but you feel that a professional career in MarTech exhilarates you more.

Fluent in HTML, CSS and JavaScript

WordPress custom theme and plugin development experience

Version control (git)

Ability to manage your own workload and meet goals set for you within required time frames

Familiar with Marketing Technology software (or similar), e.g. Pardot, Salesforce, Zapier, Google Tools (Adwords, Analytics)

You are able to challenge the norms and give relevant solutions based on your knowledge and experience

Experience in data-driven website development (A/B testing, UX, Conversion optimization) is a plus

Strong communication skills in order to collaborate within a multicultural Global Marketing team

Around 2 years of relevant work experience

Full working proficiency in English

Intellectual curiosity

Secondary education in computer science, software engineering, etc.
