We are looking for a new key player to our analytics team focusing on digital analytics. Virtuouso skills in core digital analytics tools the like of Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics; an analytical and cohesive mindset; and a solid business understanding will take you far. Curiousity, a humble attitude and focus on delivering impact will take you further.

Annalect is the Data, Technology, Analytics and Consulting division of Omnicom Media Group (OMG), sitting as a foundation of expertise. We operate both at the centre of OMG, as well as, embedded in the individual agencies OMD Finland and ToinenPHD. At the Centre, we manage all of our development, data management and deep technical expertise to support our client embedded teams, and in the agencies, manage individual agency client projects.

The marketing industry is in a data-driven disruption and Annalect is one of the most agile players in the middle of this (welcome) change, both globally, as well as here in Finland. Digital analytics is one of our core disciplines and we operate as a trusted partner for many of the TOP100 companies in Finland.

We are now looking for a Technical Web Analyst to our growing team to lead measurement and analysis of digital activities and to develop the discipline further as a one of the key players in our team. The position is ideal for a senior digital / web analyst willing to expose themselves to a high learning curve or to business analyst with entrepreneurial spirit wanting to focus more on the digital.

Role and responsibilities:

You will define, implement, integrate and maintain various data sources for clients. This often includes working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or conversion optimization tools. Your responsibilities also include building dashboards and/or reporting systems for clients. As part of your work, you will participate to KPI workshops and help clients to understand business objectives and the analytics development roadmap. You will ensure that the data is accurate and there is monitoring for data quality in place.

Desired skills & experience:
-Strong expertise in technical definitions & documentation
-Enthusiasm and courage coupled with innovative problem solving skills
-Basic understanding of many different tools such as : web analytics, tag management, marketing automation, CRM, A/B-testing, personalization, DMPs, SEO tools, eCommerce and CMS platforms
-Basic project management skills
-Fearless attitude with a growth mindset

You might be experienced in these:
-Tag management solutions (Google Tag Manager, Adobe DTM)
-Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
-Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)
-Programming and databases (PHP, MySQL)
-Conversion optimization and testing tools (Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize)
-Dashboard visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Klipfolio, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI)

We value experience in using other analytics and data visualization tools the like of R, SAS or Alteryx, as well as skills in JavaScript, Python, in statistical methods like regression and clustering, and in machine learning applications. These are not however mandatory and any needs will be supported by our data science team.
