We are looking for a new hire to lead and work hands-on on customer projects in our Analytics team. We value experience beyond technical qualifications in marketing, consulting, and BI environments, as well as good interpersonal and project management skills honed in multi-project environments.
Annalect is the Data, Technology, Analytics and Consulting division of Omnicom Media Group (OMG), sitting as a foundation of expertise. We operate both at the centre of OMG, as well as, embedded in the individual agencies OMD Finland and ToinenPHD. At the Centre, we manage all of our development, data management and deep technical expertise to support our client embedded teams, and in the agencies, manage individual agency client projects.
The marketing industry is in a data-driven disruption and Annalect is one of the most agile players in the middle of this (welcome) change, both globally, as well as here in Finland. Digital analytics is one of our core disciplines and we operate as a trusted partner for many of the TOP100 companies in Finland.
In a nutshell
This position entails managing, carrying out, and communicating analytics projects and processes. We are looking for someone who can understand the business needs of our clients and leverage our tools or custom solutions to deliver business-critical insights and analysis.
•Define and manage analytics / development projects
•Independently analyze and manage the project scope, schedule and needed resources
•Partner with clients and internal OMG teams to become a trusted advisor for various levels of the organization (from experts to CxO’s)
•Maintain in-depth expertise on the quickly evolving analytics, data & martech landscape
•Advocate the importance of data-driven culture and share own knowledge in OMG and in client environment
Skills & Requirements
•A proven track record in managing multiple projects independently
•Strong experience in lean (Scrum or similar) and waterfall project methods
•Strong skills in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Visual Website Optimizer, and Hotjar/CrazyEgg (or similar)
•Previous background in utilizing attribution solutions for analysis is expected
•We value experience in using dashboard visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Klipfolio, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI)
•Bachelor’s/Master’s level education in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar
•Ability to self-manage and work independently, as well as part of a team
•Excellent written and spoken Finnish and English with ability to hold presentations and respond directly to questions from business clients
